About Marci
Marci Graham has honed her human resources expertise over 15+ years of guiding organizational HR efforts in a variety of industries, including healthcare, wine, energy and construction. Most recently, she served as Director of People Operations at Golden State Cider in Healdsburg.
Marci’s on a mission to help people see HR not as intimidating or overwhelming, but as approachable and protective—as both an invaluable support to employers and a trusted advocate for employees. Marci values the variety of every client and uniqueness of every challenge, and her helping spirit and seemingly effortless ability to solve problems and streamline processes can readily transform HR chaos into calm.
Portuguese was Marci’s first language, and as an English-Portuguese bilingual, she brings an inclusive mindset and heightened cultural sensitivity to everything she does. Marci earned her Advanced HR Management Certificate from Sonoma State University.
A Sonoma County native, Marci is a mother of two, an avid reader, a lover of the outdoors and a zealous thrifter (a hobby in which, much like in HR, she gets to exercise her keen eye for spotting potential and proven knack for making things more modern, effective and extraordinary than ever!).
