Tara Fournier

 Tara is a Human Resources executive leader who is passionate about the intersection of people, organizations, and culture and the impact of nurturing and developing high-performing teams in business. A three-time Chief People/Human Resources Officer, her 20+ year career leading people and culture functions through organizational change spans an array of public and private entities in the tech, entertainment, gaming, media, education, manufacturing and non-profit spaces. Tara also serves as Director-Elect for SHRM California and Past President of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) in greater Los Angeles. Tara holds a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from University of Massachusetts and holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
