Amira Bailey

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Amira brings a dynamic blend of experience in marketing operations, client services, and digital communications to the Lynx team. She approaches her work with both strategy and heart—balancing data-driven insight with a genuine commitment to creating seamless, supportive experiences for our clients and internal teams alike. At Lynx, she supports a range of administrative functions, as well as HR and recruiting projects, helping ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

Amira earned her MBA from San Diego State University with a specialization in Information Systems and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Wine Business Strategies from Sonoma State University. Her strong business foundation, paired with her systems mindset, makes her a natural fit for delivering thoughtful, efficient solutions that elevate the Lynx experience.

Outside of work, Amira enjoys exploring new restaurants, staying active with Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
