About Christine
Christine Rodman founded Lynx Employer Resources, LLC, because she’s steadfast in her commitment to imparting knowledge and expertise in human resources and compliance. Christine has more than 25 years of progressive HR and training experience and a proven gift for developing positive relationships within diverse workforces.
Christine has successfully designed and facilitated countless training programs to increase productivity, ensure legal compliance and boost morale for organizations across a wide range of industries.
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University, a PHR and PHRca designation with HRCI, SHRM-CP designation with SHRM, and an HR Management Certificate from Sonoma State University, where she currently teaches Talent Acquisition and Total Compensation.
Christine is dedicated to giving back to her profession and to her local community. She serves as State Director Elect for the California State Council for SHRM (CalSHRM) and co-chair for HR Roundtable II of Women for Wine Sense. She has also been involved with various community organizations, including the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County, Chops Teen Club, and the YWCA. Christine also scuba dives, snowboards, runs marathons and spends time with her family.
