Sharon Redman-Patchin draws on more than 25 years of HR expertise in compliance and employment law, recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, career development and much more. She is particularly skilled in startups and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), where she develops solid foundations for thriving HR departments and seamlessly creates, integrates and streamlines HR information systems (HRIS) and processes between organizations.

Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources and sociology from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. She has earned SPHR and PHRca designation with HRCI and SHRM-SCP designation and a California Law HR credential with SHRM.
Passionate about animal welfare, Sharon advocates for cruelty-free products and supports the Beagle Freedom Project, an organization dedicated to raising awareness about animal testing and rescuing animals from experimental research facilities
